MEET OUR FOUNDER & Managing director

SAM LIBBY

Sam Libby created TCB Capital Advisors to work with companies across the healthcare sector to expand their capacity to drive strategic growth through investments and M&A. Prior to forming TCB Capital Advisors Sam spent his career in healthcare investment banking working for platforms including Piper Sandler and Ziegler. Over his banking career Sam has completed 30+ Transactions, Including M&A, Debt and Equity Capital Markets Transactions, Convertible Notes, and Private Capital Raises, Totaling $20B+ in Transaction Value. Sam received his BS summa cum laude in Finance and Accounting from Rutgers University.
